The Ordinary Social Media Campaign

The prompt for this project was to choose a brand and advertise its product through a social media campaign to a niche audience. I chose the skincare brand, The Ordinary. Their brand focuses on simple, real, and straightforward ingredients. My target audience was nervous brides. I chose this audience because being a bride can feel overwhelming or chaotic. Through the social media posts, I chose to focus on wedding “fails” to showcase some things that could go wrong at a wedding. The brand’s simple and reliable presence combats this fear.
